Questions from data buyers
What exactly do you deliver?
Egocentric video of whole tasks, recorded on real shifts from a head camera and chest rig, in working venues or at our recording sites. Footage is blurred, checked hour by hour and delivered against the capture plan we agree with you, with recorder consent on file and a licence for training use.
Can you capture a task or trade you do not list?
Yes. Most projects start from a custom capture plan. Send us the task, the setting and the evidence you need. We add new trades on request every month.
How do you check quality?
Every recorded hour passes six checks: whole task on camera, hands in view, done to standard, private areas excluded, uploaded on time, and reviewed with reasons for any rejection. Reviews are completed within 10 days.
Do you process and label the data?
Yes. Our data review team in Manila checks every recorded hour, blurs faces and voices, and labels and prepares the footage for training, structured to your capture plan.
Who owns the recordings and how can we use them?
Anyô owns the blurred recordings and licenses them to you for training use under a written agreement that sets out the scope, term and any exclusivity.
Can you test our robot software as well?
Yes. We run your releases on physical robots in real hotels, offices, kitchens and plants, against the tasks and evidence you agree with us, and report exactly how each release performs.
Questions from robot companies & fleets
Can you supervise robots that Anyô did not supply?
Yes. Our operators supervise customer fleets as well as our own, under a service level agreed per site.
What hours and languages do you cover?
Our operations centre in Manila runs 24/7. Operators work in English and Filipino.
What do we get back from each intervention?
Uptime and intervention reports for every site. Each intervention is reviewed and labelled, so it can be used as training data.
When is your own test fleet running?
Our own test fleet is activated in Q1 2027. Until then, release testing runs on partner and customer robots.
Questions from business operators
Which robots do you deploy?
We source the best robot for each task from leading manufacturers. We start with wheeled robots for delivery, cleaning, patrol and transport, and add robots with arms task by task.
How quickly can a robot go live?
Wheeled robots go live in days to weeks, because navigation works out of the box. Robots with arms take months per task, because manipulation needs task data.
Do we have to buy the robots?
No. Robots-as-a-Service is our default: no upfront cost and one monthly fee. You can also purchase, finance, lease or rent-to-own.
What is included?
Installation, charging, maintenance, repairs and spare robots, over-the-air upgrades, 24/7 monitoring, the Anyô fleet app and staff training.
Where do you start?
With one site survey. We map the site, recommend the robots and price a pilot under each payment option.
Questions from data collection partners
Does the job change for our staff?
No. Staff wear a light head camera and do their normal job. Recording is voluntary and has no effect on their employment.
How does our company earn?
A monthly fee for every active worker, plus a fee for every usable hour recorded. Your workers are paid extra for every recorded hour, funded by Anyô, not your payroll.
What do we need to start?
Five workers is enough. Your first recording can happen within 30 days of signing.
What about our guests and premises?
Faces and voices are blurred, and restrooms, changing rooms and personal screens are never recorded. Your brand, records and systems remain yours.
Can we stop?
Yes, at any time on 30 days' notice.
Questions from training centres
What does it cost our school?
Nothing. Anyô funds the studio, kit, housing, meals, gym, classes and stipends. Your school also earns a monthly fee for every sponsored trainee.
What do sponsored trainees receive?
Housing, three meals a day, a gym membership, a monthly stipend paid into their own account, and three hours a week of classes in AI, robotics, business and management.
Will it clash with classes?
No. We agree a timetable with you and plan every recording shift around classes and assessments.
Can trainees under 18 join?
Yes, from 16 with a parent's or guardian's consent. They record day shifts only, never do hazardous tasks and are housed separately from adults.
Who owns the recordings?
Anyô owns the blurred recordings. Your curricula, brand and student records stay yours.
What happens after graduation?
We can hire graduates as data collectors, supervisors or QA reviewers: placements your school can report.
Can we stop if it does not work for us?
Yes, on 60 days' notice. Trainees keep their housing and meals for 30 days after.
Questions from technicians
Who can apply?
Repair specialists and certified tradespeople with hands-on experience in one of our 20 trades, from aircon and appliance repair to tailoring and woodworking.
Where would I record?
At your own workshop or at an Anyô recording site, following a script for each task.
How am I paid?
For every recorded hour. We tell you the rate and the hours available before you start.
Do I need my own equipment?
No. We provide the camera kit and train you to use it.
Will my face be shown?
No. Faces and voices are blurred before any footage leaves our review team, and recording is always voluntary.
Can I work for Anyô full-time?
Yes. We hire field technicians to install and service our robots, with training provided. Recorders can also move into data review and teleoperation.
